Here, the pace is warm but unhurried, with staff moving thoughtfully through the space and the occasional flourish of performance-style cooking adding a touch of excitement. It’s that human connection — between diners and the skilled chefs working the grill — that shapes the evening into more than just food on a plate.

The food was great tonight. We go once or twice a month , and enjoy it. The service is always good.

I went here with my significant other this past Valentine’s Day and it was quite pleasant. We have both never been but have talked about going before. Initially we were sat at the grill despite asking for a table, but we told the waitress and we got sat at a table then. The food was very delicious and the service was a little slow but I believe they were short staffed for VD. I would definitely come again

Good food and good restaurant. It is entertaining and the cook made it worth while.

First time at this restaurant. Parking was hard to find and the spaces were very small. We were seated very quickly. The waitress was very polite. We order a Mexican Roll and some edamame. The main course was two steak dinners. The food came out fast one right after the other. We had no space on the table and felt rushed. The food was good and very good portions. The restaurant needs to know better how to serve food in courses.

I’ve been coming here for ten years with my wife on date nights and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly, and Fuji has had the same bartender and sushi chef since we started coming so there is a great continuity and consistency each visit. If we come for sushi my wife loves the Fuji roll and eel nagiri and I’m a huge fan of the Mexican and Mafia rolls. If we come for hibachi, I eat everything that isn’t bolted down because everything that comes off that flat top is excellent. This location is very popular and incredibly busy on weekends so be prepared for a wait time regardless of whether you want the grill or table. Family friendly atmosphere and the chefs put on a show for the kiddos that they’ll enjoy. The only critique I have is that the interior could use some renovating to become a little more modern, but that’s just an aesthetic issue it has absolutely no bearing on the great quality of food.

Hibachi chef cooks food right in front of you, artfully playing with the food, flipping out around and main a great effort to entertain people at the table. We've been here many times. The best experience comes when you are actively engaged with the chef. The more you laugh and cheer him on, the better his performance. (Just like all entertainers - can you imagine going to a football game where the people sit quietly on their phones, not cheering? For those who do not want to participate with the chef experience, the restaurant does have regular tables where you can eat, like any other restaurant.) We had the trio-chicken, shrimp, steak and all the veggies - mushrooms, squash, broccoli, onions, and, of course, rice. The sauce is a must for the rice and all of it. Everything was wonderfully seasoned, cooked to perfection, and enough to feed you a few times. The sushi is equally wonderful, but pricy. Regretfully, I will have to forgo that next time due to the price. But it is sooo good! The overall temperature is kept a bit cool (so wear warmer clothes), but you warm up some when the chef lights up the entire grill and the fire warms you.
